Our Meditation Centre plans retreats for meditation exercises, in select places outside of Athens. The retreats last three, five or ten days. We will let you know when and where they will be organised. In order to participate, you only need to cover the travel, accommodation and meal expenses, depending on the space that will be selected.

No cellphones or other electronic devices are allowed at the retreats. In addition, other food and beverages besides those provided during the programme are prohibited.

You can see below a typical daily programme, which however may be adapted to the duration of the retreat.

4:30 a.m. – 5:15 a.m. Seated meditation
5:15 a.m. – 6:15 a.m. Reciting the Teachings
6:15 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. Seated meditation
7:00 a.m. – 08:30 a.m. Breakfast / Chores
8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Meditation instructions
9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. Walking meditation
10:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Seated meditation
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Lunch / Rest
1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. Seated meditation
1:45 p.m. – 02:30 p.m. Walking meditation
2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Teaching the Dhamma
3:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. Walking meditation
4:15 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Seated meditation
5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Beverage / Interview
6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Reciting the Teachings
